Protected Parties
  • The reporter’s identity, or any information from which their identity as a reporter could be inferred, will not be disclosed without their consent. The evidence provided by the reporter, information collected in connection with the report, matters that could reveal the subject of investigation, and the results of follow-up actions will be thoroughly protected.
  • Those who cooperate with investigations through statements, provision of materials, or other means during the fact-verification process will receive the same level of protection as reporters.
Protection Standards
  • Reporter information and report content are treated as strictly confidential, and the reporting system is protected by a robust security framework.
  • Reported content is accessible only to a limited group of authorized personnel on a strict need-to-know basis.
  • Appropriate measures, including disciplinary action up to and including termination, will be taken against any individual who—without authorization—discloses a reporter’s personal information or any details that could reveal their identity.
  • If adverse actions against a reporter are determined to have resulted from their report, remedial measures, including restoration to their original position or appropriate compensation, will be considered.
  • When individuals report misconduct or corruption in which they are involved, appropriate mitigating factors will be reasonably considered.
